Please review the Rules of on-line ticket booking, ,refund of the air ticket, alteration of transport conditions before booking.
If you go to ticket booking it means you agree with these Rules.
For the correct operation of the Automated Ticketing System we recommend to use Internet Explorer version 6.0 and later. Now you can by yourself check
the FLIGHT TIMETABLE, SEATS AVAILABILITY AND COST OF TICKETS for the required route and date, information about the flight and also booking and payment.
Booking the tickets you can choose one of the following ticket desks as the place for payment and receipt of tickets: in Buzuluk, Gai, Kuvandyk, Mednogorsk, Novotroitsk, Orenburg, Orsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Energetik, Yasny.
You can effect payment for the tickets by one of the following means:
- by cash;
- by credit cards of international payment systems VISA International, MasterCard/Eurocard, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International at our web-site for the following enroutes:
Orenburg, Orsk - Moscow (turnaround);
Orenburg - St. Petersburg (turnaround);
Orenburg, Omsk, Chelyabinsk - Dusseldorf (only turnaround).

Booking the tickets at the web-site you can also choose the type of your ticket: paper ticket or electronic ticket (e-ticket).

ON-LINE BOOKING RULES:
1. If tickets are booked for domestic flights within the territory of Russian Federation names of passengers with Russian citizenship are entered in the Russian language! If tickets are booked for international flights and flights within the territory of Russian Federation (for persons with a national or an international passport) passenger names are entered in Latin letters! 2. If you book the tickets it means you agree with the Fare Rules, which apply to the booking, and these On-line Booking and Payment Rules. Please, review all these Rules before booking to be complete. Pay special attention to Refundable and Exchanged Ticket Rules.
3. Ticket booking is available not later than 48 hours before the flight departure. Before this time you must pay for and receive your booked tickets.
4. Ticket booking and payment by credit card at the web-site of the airline is available not later than 24 hours before the flight departure.
5. Payments are made in rubles. Ticket cost in the order is indicated with charges.

While getting one-time password you'll receive cheque with 10 one-time passwords. One-time password consists of 8 numbers and letters of Latin alphabet and is aimed for one transaction.

In case of loss of the cheque with the passwords one shall receive new cheque with one-time passwords. After receipt of the new cheque use of passwords form the old cheque is not available.

Rules of booking and issuance of international flight tickets.
Booking and ticket issuance are performed in accordance with the rules of tariff application.
Tickets to Germany can only be issued upon presentation of visa and international passport.
The passenger is responsible for visa procurement and proper execution of exit and entry documents. The air company does not provide passengers with entry regulations. The passenger should get all necessary information in consular agency of appropriate country at his or her own initiative.
The air company is not responsible for misleading information.
The carriage can be performed upon availability of valid visa.
Any failure to present visa or an invalid visa does not allow for involuntary return of the air ticket.
