Booking procedure

Booking tickets in the booking system of JSC "Aeroflot" is on Rules of booking and payment of tickets of the JSC "Aeroflot".

Terms and Conditions of ORENAIR's on-line booking:

The Airline ORENAIR kindly offers you Automatic Booking System (ABS) for E-tickets. Using it you can not only book tickets on-line, but also pay for them staying at home.

Internet Explorer version 6 and higher or Mozilla Firefox version 3 and higher is recommended for better work.

You can pay for e-tickets and additional paid services using bank cards VISA International, MasterCard/Eurocard.

On-line booking is free of charge and secure.

General Remarks

The payment should be made in rubles. Cost of the ordered ticket includes charges.
On the official website there are special WEB-fares with the special fare rules. We recommend passengers to read the e-ticket exchange and refund rules beforehand.
Tickets at the lowest fares issued at the ticket-desks or on the official website, may be prohibited for voluntary refund and/or voluntary exchange. Please be acquainted with the fares application.
Air ticket can be issued for 9 passengers at most. Tickets for categories «Retirees» and «Youngmates» shall be issued in different orders. The number of «Infants» should not exceed «Adults».
Certain categories of passengers: unaccompanied children, pregnant women, groups of passengers may not be allowed to travel if they haven’t agreed the Terms with the Airline even if they’ve booked and paid for the ticket in ABS. To book the flight having special Terms and Conditions you need to contact Air Ticket Offices.
You can book and pay for your tickets on-line at least 3 hours prior to the departure.
If you book flights for Russian citizen within the Russian Federation you shall insert his/her full name in Russian. If you book tickets for the international and domestic flights within Russia (using domestic or international passport), passenger full name is inserted in Latin.
Airline ORENAIR is not liable for the proper issuance of visas and other entry/exit documents. The Airline doesn’t provide passengers with regulations entry to different countries. Passengers must acquire necessary information in the relevant Embassy.
The Airline performs carriage only for passengers with active visas.
Absence or invalid visa is not considered as a reason for voluntary or involuntary ticket refund on regular flights as well as on charter flights.
Airline ORENAIR is not liable for the correctness of booking information inserted by the Customer.

Regular direct flights

Booking flights «to» or «from» the countries:
- Germany – you can issue only a «round-trip» ticket.
Booking tickets for regular direct flights means that you agree with Terms of Fare Application, Terms and Standards of luggage transportation, Ticket Refund and Exchange, Refund of Difference between Fares, as well as with these Terms and Conditions.

Regular Connection Flights

Booking tickets for regular connection flights means that you agree with Terms of Fare Application, Terms and Standards of luggage transportation, Ticket Refund and Exchange, Refund of Difference between Fares, as well as with these Terms and Conditions.

Charter Flights

Booking tickets for charter flights means that you agree with Terms of Fare Application of the chosen charter flight and with Terms of purchase.

Additional services

Aeroexpress. Booking additional paid services like tickets for Aeroexpress means that you agree to the Terms of purchase, Conditions of Carriage and Refund Conditions and Rules.
