Charges

The cost of international transportation consists of the fare and additional charges. The charges are not fixed and vary with the flight route and exchange rate.

The following charges are applicable for international flights:

• Passenger service charges (RA);
• Federal security charges (DE), depending on the travel route and the country of origin or the country of arrival;
• German Air Transport tax (OY).

The security charge (DE), service charge (RA) and German tax (OY) for flights to Germany will be applied to the following routes:

• from Düsseldorf to Barnaul, Chelyabinsk, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orenburg;
• from Munich to Chelyabinsk, Omsk;
• from Hannover to Barnaul, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Omsk.

These charges will be refunded in case of voluntary/involuntary exchange/return of the air ticket.

Attention!

In case of voluntary exchange of the air ticket for these routes a fine is imposed in accordance with the rules of tariff application.

The amount of fine is not fixed and varies with the flight route and exchange rate.

In case of voluntary return of wholly unused ticket or partially used air ticket for these routes the passenger will be charged for booking cancellation procedure in accordance with the rules of tariff application.
