Anniversary aircraft of ORENAIR!

August 24, 2012 ORENAIR management team and staff members have welcomed its 25th Boeing! The delivery of new aircraft is symbolical for ORENAIR, because it took place in the year of its 80th anniversary. Boeing arrived to “International airport “Orenburg” named after Y.A. Gagarin and became eighteenth Boeing 737-800 aircraft in ORENAIR fleet.

Boeing with registration number VP-BEI leased from AIRBERLIN will be used to perform domestic and international flights in accordance with regular and charter program. The aircraft is capable of carrying 186 passengers in economy-class.

Boeing 737-800 is a leader in ORENAIR fleet. The medium-range airliner conforms to the standard of safety, security and comfort for aviation passengers.

The history of ORENAIR (JSC “Orenburg Airlines”) dates back to 1932 and now the company is one of six largest airlines in Russia.  In 2012 ORENAIR celebrates its 80th anniversary.

The company carries out following basic activities - passenger, baggage and cargo transportation by regular and charter flights of international and domestic airlines. From the end of 2011 ORENAIR is a member of Aeroflot Group.
