Online tickets for Aeroexpress

ORENAIR in cooperation with LLC Aeroexpress* introduces a new online service which enables passengers to purchase e-tickets for high-speed “Aeroexpress” trains running on different routes in Moscow.

On the route "to" and "from" Moscow it is possible to book and purchase an Aeroexpress e-ticket:

  • together with an air carriage;
  • separately (without an air carriage).

You can buy an Aeroexpress standard e-ticket together with an air carriage, both for an adult and a child.

You can buy an Aeroexpress standard e-ticket separately (without an air carriage) only for an adult, on the routes Domodedovo - Paveletsky Station - Domodedovo, Vnukovo - Kievsky Station - Vnukovo and Sheremetevo - Belorussky Station - Sheremetevo.

The price of a one-way ticket for a high-speed Aeroexpress train in Moscow:

  • 470 RUB - Standard ticket (1 adult);
  • 130 RUB - for children aged from 5 to 7 years;
  • 0 RUB - for children under 5 – free of charge.

After making a payment, the automated system will issue an itinerary receipt and an e-ticket for Aeroexpress. All these documents will be automatically sent to the electronic address of the passenger, specified during process of making a Booking.

In order to pass through the turnstiles at the airport, you only need to print out your ticket on normal A4 paper or place your mobile phone with the ticket’s QR-code face down to the screen’s reader.

Основные правила использования билета:

  • Passenger’s ticket must be printed on normal A4 paper or stored on a mobile phone.
  • Ticket for a trip in normal economy class van of Aeroexpress train is valid until 03.00 a.m. (Moscow time) of the next day after the departure date.
    For example, the trip should take place on the 10th day of the month. In this case, the ticket for a trip remains valid till 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) of the 11th day of such month.
  • E-tickets are non-exchangeable.
  • Ticket for Aeroexpress can be refunded not later than 17:30 p.m. (Moscow time) of the day before the departure date.
    For example, the trip should take place on the 10th day of the month. In such case, an application for refund shall be submitted not later than 17:30 p.m. of the 9th day of this month.

Mandatory requirements for printing tickets with QR-code:

  • QR-code size: minimum – 25mm Х 25mm, maximum – 34mm Х 34mm.
  • The ideal colors for QR-codes are black and white. The image shall not be subject to noise (blurry stripes in other colors), skewed, badly printed or cut.
  • Poor quality prints are not allowed (blurry image, uneven toner distribution, draft or toner save mode).
  • No bar-codes, inscriptions or other information shall be printed over the paper ticket.
  • Unrelated symbols shall not be printed on the QR-code’s area.
  • No cheques or other related documents shall be stapled to the QR-code area of the paper ticket.

* Aeroexpress is a dynamic Russian company providing intermodal and local rail transport services in compliance with the license of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Aeroexpress provides rail services between the capital and all of the major Moscow airports (Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo), as well as the town of Lobnya. New intermodal transportation services were launched between the central rail terminal of Sochi and Adler Airport on 15 February 2012. On 20 July 2012, a regular intermodal link went into service in Vladivostok, where Aeroexpress trains now connect the newly built Knevichi Airport and the city's central rail terminal. On 22 May 2013, Aeroexpress launched its services in the capital of the 2013 Summer Universiade – the city of Kazan.
