Return of Aeroexpress ticket

ATTENTION!
Electronic ticket for "Aeroexpress", booked and paid for at the web-site of the air company, is not exchangeable.

In case of return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress", booked and paid for at the web-site by credit card, 100% refund of the ticket price is provided.

Money to be refunded will be transferred within 5-7 working days to the bank, which issued a card.*

*A bank determines terms to transfer money to the card.

To return e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" you need to send to the Airline properly completed Refund Application or Exchange Application for air ticket or a separate application for a return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress".

Return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" is made only in the Airline.

The ticket can be returned either by the passenger, in whose name the ticket was issued, or by his/her notarized representative.

ATTENTION!
E-ticket for "Aeroexpress" can be refunded before 17:30 p.m. (Moscow time) of the date, prior the date of the trip, specified in the ticket, in case the passenger voluntarily or unvoluntarily refuses the trip.

For example, the trip should take place on the 10th day of any month. In this case, money will be refunded provided that the refund application is submitted to the air company before 17:30 p.m. (Moscow time) of the 9th day of such month.

But according to the governmental decree of the Russian Federation dated 2 March 2005 N 111 the passenger has the right to receive the full ticket price in case of unplanned interruption of train service for more than one hour in the manner described in the rules for carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo-baggage by railway.

To refund e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" you need to send to the e-mail [email protected] or by fax: +7 (3532) 676-744:

• scan of the application for a return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" (PDF-file);
• scan of passport (pages with personal);
• scan of birth certificate (for children under 14 years of age);
• scan of notarized power of attorney (in case of representative).

Application for a return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" is accepted if:

• there are all necessary documents;
• application for a return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" is properly executed.

Important!
Application for a return of the e-ticket for "Aeroexpress" is considered during specialist’s working hours.

Working time of specialists is set from 7.00 to 18.00 (Moscow time) on a daily basis.
