Frequent mistakes in tickets

ORENAIR highly recommends you to check your data in the itinerary receipt, whether these data correspond to the information in your identity documents.

Air ticket should have correctly inserted information:

• first letters of the first and last names;
• passport number;
• passenger age;
• last and first name in the correct order (for example, Иванов Иван/Ivanov Ivan).

Please pay special attention to the following!

• If you changed youк last name after ticket issuance (marriage, divorce, etc.) you need to make ticket refund and issue another one with new passport data;
