Non refundable fares

In accordance with the entry into force of the amendments to the Air Code of the Russian Federation (item 3 Federal Law as of 20.04.2014 Federal Law№ 79) JSC «Orenburg airlines» introduced for sale from July 10, 2014 conditions of non refund of the paid sum for passenger air carriage for the following fares:

  • for purchase on the airline official website
    • Published fares AWEB/AWEBRT, ASALE/ASALERT, RWEB/RWEBRT, RSALE/RSALERT, XWEB/XWEBRT, XSALE/XSALERT, TWEB/TWEBRT and TSALE/TSALERT (A, R, Х and Т class) of economy class of service;
    • Published fares HWEB/HWEBRT, HSALE/HSALERT, QWEB/QWEBRT, QSALE/QSALERT, ESALE/ESALERT, VSALE/VSALERT, SSALE/SSALERT (H, Q, Е, V, S class) of economy class of service in case of No-Show.
  • for purchase at other ticket sales agencies

    Attention!
    The Agent may at its sole discretion establish and collect service (agent) fee.

    • Published fares ASALE/ASALERT, XSALE/XSALERT RSALE/RSALERT и XSALE/XSALERT (A, R and Х class) of economy class of service;
    • Published fares HSALE/HSALERT, QSALE/QSALERT, ESALE/ESALERT, VSALE/VSALERT, SSALE/SSALERT (H, Q, Е, V, S class) of economy class of service in case of No-Show.
